Worli Woods is a NGO devoted wholly to the enrichment of the lives of the community living in and around Worli area, founded by our Late Shri. J. K. Kapur.

Worli Woods is a body registered in Mumbai, under the Societies Registration Act 1860 vide registration number BOM - 356/98 GBBSD dated 10/03/1998.

Worli Woods is also registered under the Bomaby Public Trusts Act, 1950.
